I have been coaching soccer since 2009. I love soccer because it's an international game and doesn't require a specific language to play the game. I really enjoy coaching soccer because it can teach problem-solving, cooperation with teammates all while working toward both individual and team goals. My coaching style takes a tactical approach which focuses first on player development and then transitioning their skills into team environment.
Credentials: I have training certificate, and have coached and won several soccer tournaments in North Texas.
Play Experience: I played left fullback.

I have been coaching soccer since 2023. I enjoy coaching because I get to see the progress of the kids on a daily basis and I enjoy teaching the kids how to play the sport beyond just technical skills and teaching them the deeper levels of the game. My coaching style is more focused on how the team plays as a whole, while still emphasizing individual skill and trying to implement those skills to allow each player to find where they best fit within the team to get the best out of them. Since I played the game as an attacker, my expertise lies in the final third of the pitch, but I also played as a full back so I understand the defensive side as well, which leads into why my coaching style leans more towards how the team as a whole plays.
Credentials: As a coach my achievements are limited, but in this short time I have worked with age groups ranging from kindergarten to middle school with my highest achievement being winning a tournament with the middle school boys team at BHA private school in which teams from all across north Texas participated.
Play Experience: Winger/Full Back. I love the togetherness and community that soccer provides and scoring a goal never hurts either! I was a player under ESS's Tony Bily for multiple years and went to Europe with him twice as a player for trials with clubs between divisions 1 to 5 at youth and adult levels.

I have been passionately coaching soccer since 1989. What I enjoy most about coaching is seeing my players advance their skills and grow their confidence throughout the training process. My training philosophy focuses on encouraging players to make their own decision based on their skill level and knowledge of the game. I believe players should play their game, not the coach's game.
